Sun room remodel in Iona
Our clients wanted to remodel the sun room on the back of their home on Caravel Circle in the community of Cinnamon Cove, in Iona (Fort Myers), 33908.
In the first phase, we tore out the old lanai walls, flooring, and framework. Then we put in an entirely new framework including new posts, an exterior door and screens.
We added front fascia, an insulated knee wall, and an AC unit. Finally we replaced the flooring with durable vinyl tile and installed acrylic sliders on the inside of the screen.
